How does it work?
HRmanager is an easy to use online system which enables you to generate your own personalised Employee Handbook using a step by step wizard. You simply answer a series of questions, following clear guidance notes, and the programme inserts all of your details so that it becomes your own practical staff manual. This manual can be generated and distributed to your staff. You can be confident of the manual’s relevance through regular updates that reflect changes in employment legislation.
What’s included?
- Employee Handbook
A series of practical HR policies and procedures (written by HR experts) essential for small and medium sized businesses.
- Standard Forms
All the standard forms, letter templates and action lists you need to implement the policies, procedures and processes contained in your Employee Handbook. Included within the standard forms is the template for the Contract of Employment, which ties in with the Employee Handbook.
- Employer Guidance Notes
- Practical information relating to each policy, procedure and process contained in the Employee Handbook, particularly its legal background, purpose, related sections and relevant forms.
Updates also included
The manual will be updated twice a year (or more regularly if legislation dictates). Your system will automatically be updated, making changes to your systems automatic and easy for you.
How much does it cost?
The package will cost £39.95 per month plus VAT (with a minimum contract period of 12 months). We are also able to assist with implementation and training. This will be charged at an hourly rate of £80 + VAT. Typically, around 2 hours will be required to implement the system and provide training.
