Our six point promise

  1. We will answer the phone within three rings.

  2. We will return your calls within one working day.

  3. We will reply to your letters and emails within five working days of receipt.

  4. We will agree fees with you before we start work on your behalf. This also applies to any extra work you ask us to do.

  5. We will process all your records within six weeks of receipt of the last piece of information.

  6. If you have a complaint, we will address it within five working days of receipt.
